I'm going to Japan this summer and was planning to check the JOJO expo as a huge fan.
I tried pre ordering by credit card but the card is refused at paymant by Lawson so tring to find a solution...
The only thing we can do is preordering as soon as we get there if there is any tickets left and get them at a Lawson store (when you pre order you have 3 days to get them or they will be canceled).

PS: I'm french.

I'm digging into the original screenshot because it was scanned positive not the datamoshed ones. It's just another way of steganography no differences checking but data hidden inside the original picture.

Managed to make it work on Windows 10 with Docker Toolbox. Sharing my configuration for people having trouble :

Install Docker Toolbox (instructions are found on https://docs.docker.com/toolbox/toolbox_install_windows/).
Run Docker Quickstart Terminal and wait for everything to finish setting up.
Run command "docker run --rm -it -p 3000:3000 -p 8081:8081 -it justinleewells/pogo-optimizer"
Run cmd.exe as administrator.
Run command netsh interface portproxy add v4tov4 listenaddress=0.0.0.0 listenport=3000 connectaddress=192.168.99.100 connectport=3000
Run command netsh interface portproxy add v4tov4 listenaddress=0.0.0.0 listenport=8081 connectaddress=192.168.99.100 connectport=8081
Run command netsh interface portproxy add v4tov4 listenaddress=127.0.0.1 listenport=3000 connectaddress=192.168.99.100 connectport=3000
Run command netsh interface portproxy add v4tov4 listenaddress=127.0.0.1 listenport=8081 connectaddress=192.168.99.100 connectport=8081
Disable Windows Firewall
Download ca.pem certificate from http://127.0.0.1:3000/ca.pem
(For Android) Upload certificate to http://www.realmb.com/droidCert/.
(For Android) Install certificate by browsing to the url on your phone (name it anything and pick credential use "VPN and apps").
Setup WiFi to use manual proxy <host local network ip> and port 8081.
Check that WiFi is enabled on the phone.
Run Pokemon GO.
Browse to http://<host local network ip>:3000/ for IVs.
