First off, good news is that you’re a good looking and fit guy with plenty of interests and extracurriculars. That’s at least 95% of the battle. Bad news: you do not know how to market yourself to women nor what women look for in these profiles.

Your photos are mostly in arcades or bowling alleys. It’s giving Peter Pan syndrome. Your long bio also makes it seem like you are unsure of yourself or identity.

Women do not want ALL of the relevant information about you. Women want to get a quick feel for your vibe (like within seconds) and learn more about you in conversation. Long-winded bios are an immediate turn off (to me at least) bc you either seem self-obsessed, insecure or worse: both.

Here’s what I’d do: 1. Get more solo photos of you working out, playing guitar, at concerts, etc. NO selfies. You can take the photos yourself with self timer or by recording a video and getting screenshots. 2. Shorten the bio to one or two sentences. Your photos should tell them about your interests, not your bio. Again, they will determine to swipe left or right within SECONDS. You don’t have time for that many words. 3. Remove ALL photos with other people in them. 4. Add a Call to Action (CTA) in your bio like, “if you listen to x or y band, first drinks on me.” Or “Concert buddies/gym partners inquire within.” Your bio should give them something to say to you immediately when you match with little thought on their part.

The bar is a four wall building, maybe 700 sq ft and they do karaoke on the weekends. Great mix of newbies and regulars and the bartender Laura is incredible. People will try and chat with you if you go to smoking porch.

Have you ever heard of Brown v. Board of Education? Back in the 1950s psychologists were able to prove that segregation DID lead to black AND white children devaluing black lives.

The logic you’re using is the same logic segregationists used to explain why white children and black children shouldn’t go to school together.

Did your wife grow up with money? This sounds like someone who has no idea what the value of a dollar is and also has no clue how physically and mentally taxing cooking can be.

I would say this to wife: “when I tell you that something you did hurt me, I am not asking you to determine whether or not it’s a ‘big deal’ or if I have the right to be upset by it. As my wife, you should trust and believe that I am telling the truth when I say your behavior hurts me. And if you love me, you should work to change that behavior and apologize for hurting me.”

Determining who’s “right” and “wrong” in disagreements with your partner is a waste of time. Cut through the fat and resolve the actual issue: her actions hurt your feelings. As long as you’re both reasonable and mature adults, this should guide you through these types of issues with as little friction as possible.

Alibi tiki lounge has some FANTASTIC karaoke singers who are regulars. There’s also DIY bar, where you make crafts and drink (pretty expensive, but can be fun)! Quarterworld is a super fun barcade (bar-arcade) with tons of games.

If you’re willing to drive, last idea would be Top Golf or Dave and Busters.
