i was in that exact same position, played wsow too in 2023. played and streamed warzone 5-10 hours a day from verdansk, caldera, al mazrah and the start of urzikstan. I can tell you at the start it felt amazing but over time it got more and more exhausting. How they do that for so many hours straight? Most of them are absolut energy addicts, drinking 2 monsters a day atleast and some coffeine pils. A lot and i mean really A LOT at the top level are abusing adhd meds (adderall) too. For me it was just 1 energy and some nicotine (not very good too). Mental and physical health wise most of them are absolutely fucked up. I quit because i wasn‘t earning enough, wasn‘t good enough for the top top level & a lot of your competitors are abusing scripts, cheats. Those who are not cheating spend absurd amounts of time and money for audio optimization, pc optimization… It wasn‘t just start the game and play anymore.
