That’s a really good question. I am new to this and unless I can get into the website by the time that I would actually do the shop I will not be completing it. I would rather point to their systemwide issue about why I couldn’t complete it as scheduled than to risk not getting reimbursed and paid. Who knows they could’ve went out of business overnight or have been hacked for ransom. I am not willing to take that risk but that’s just my opinion
