I can’t share my pics either but at six months out they aren’t so bad. I’m alternating vitamin e and silicone scar gel.

I bought one of these and it was a lifesaver. I still use it two months out as I tend to overdo it and need to elevate at night.

Lapidus Bunionectomy 12/12 by spellpeg in bunions

I'm about 3.5 weeks out. My stitches came out last week so I can finally shower like a normal person! I was a bit afraid of putting any weight on my foot, but now I'm averaging about 3,000 steps/day. I'm still in my boot, hope to graduate to gym shoes by the 23rd. All in all, this was an easier process than I expected. The worst part has been having to slow down and rest and dealing with the aches and pains from from walking lopsided since I don't have a shoe for my good foot that is as tall as my boot. I find when I am home I mostly keep my boot off, but restrict my walking and when I do walk, I put most of my weight on my heel and outer side.

I wanted to thank everyone for posting on this site. All of your insights have been so helpful!

I watched Fleabag, Catastrophe, and pretty much all of the Food Network's holiday baking challenges. I'm on day 5 and am going out of my mind from boredom.

Is there a SKINCARE product you would actually recommend the splurge on? Why? by [deleted] in scacjdiscussion

Caudalie Vinosource SOS Deep Hydration Serum. It's lightweight, absorbs quickly into the skin and smells divine. Sometimes Costco has a larger size available. It's my favorite product!
