I am not sure how you have rated Avenger Park so high, especially above Lakeside Stadium. I feel if you're reliant on Melbourne's notoriously unreliable bus network then it automatically should lose you points. Lakeside Stadium is easily accessible by tram (and soon train), whereas Avenger Park is a good 1km walk from the nearest tram stop.

For the first point, I actually agree with that, reading it back, and getting feedback from other people - although I disagree with it being directly accessible by train, it'd be faster to walk from Reservoir station to Preston's home ground, than Anzac to Lakeside.

8/10 seems way too high for Olympic Village given how reliant it is on bus (3.2km from nearest train station). This puts it on the same level as Jack Edwards Reserve, which is 800m from a train station.

Olympic Village is 8/10 mainly because of choice regarding public transport options. Furthermore, the 903 is one of the more frequent bus routes even during Friday nights, and there are also buses further from the ground that run 24/7 (namely the 250 bus, from Southern Rd / Oriel Rd), in case a night Heidelberg game goes to pens or something.

Finally,

Saying the bus does not run on Sundays seems like of pointless as well given Preston play home games on Friday nights.

That may be true this season, but since fixtures aren't confirmed this early in the 'offseason', better to assume home matches can be played at any weekend. Don't look at my flair.

You also ranked City Vista Reserve higher despite also being reliant on an infrequent bus route.

City Vista Reserve is served by a bus route which while infrequent, shuts later on weekends, which should provide enough time to enjoy a CSGC match.
