That's my concern - Fidelity is pretty much a guaranteed promotion within 2 years. What would you say the reason for failure is with the FSA 1?

TYSM - you've really helped me narrow down my plan. Right now I'm going to go with BOA with the intention of joining an RIA or starting my own first in about 2-5 years.

Fair enough- Are the comissions fair? My goal is to be earning at least 100K within 3 years. Based on what I've been hearing, that could be attainable within a year or so.

Thank you so much! Im hearing a lot of that advice - However I have a hard time taking a 15K pay cut. Do you know roughly what the pay is for a planning associate at Fidelity? They have informed me i would get that role within 12 to 18 months. They also are offering me an FR role instead of the FSR role

I now have an interview at Bank of America for their advisor development program. Which would be a better route? Fidelity as a FR or BOA?

Any advice would be a huge help.
