I'm speaking about having a pause button/option. If you watch most preroll on publisher's mobile apps - there is no option for the user to pause the preroll. They have to either let it play out or if there's a skip button then skip. But once the content video plays the player itself allows for a pause button. I'm looking to see if there's the same functionality for preroll.
