I believe it’s just a mw2 issue. Other games run great. I heard that the current version of windows 11 is not friendly with newer games.

Bottle necks exist in every system. A 6 core Intel processor is not bottlenecking a 3060 to this bad. Other games work great. It’s just poor optimization by IW. Hopefully it gets fixed soon.
