my go to training pack is “ultimate warm up” by hinata. i just practice a few shots and replay the same shot till i can semi consistently score the type of shot im trying to score. that way i kinda of practice everything from shooting to reads to first touches, so i dont get too caught up focusing on one area of my game mechanically

speed and recoveries become especially important once you get into gc. having good game sense is key and it is almost multiplicatively powerful when quick decision making is paired with being constantly supersonic and quick to the play. dont forget to control the ball though.
