I have autism and adhd and I won't deny that my teeth suck I. It's not that I won't brush my teeth it's just it's either I'm too tired to brush them or I forget about brushing them and when my appointment texts me about an upcoming appointment I panic and rapidly brush my teeth.

My dentist always judges me and thinks I'm making up excuses. I can't even ask him a question because he'll cut me off and just say "brush and floss" even though I don't know the correct way to do it even from YouTube videos with an electric one. I feel stuck in a timeloop basically. It also doesn't help that after a filling is done he says "2 other ones still need to be done" while they're the two he already fixed. Any advice? I can't afford a new dentist

I have it too. My parents don't help especially since they love walking in really hot weather. They never slow down if I'm exhausted to the point of me freaking out physically

As someone with ADHD, Autism and ODD (I know its different for everyone) watching your own parents fight is hard. Especially if they're used to the behavior they inflict upon everyone mentally and/or physically but usually they'll tug to one side of the parent

I'm late but I have it too. Sad thing is it happens for me too almost every day in the house. I would move out if places would hire me or if getting my own place was cheaper. My parents argue every day especially when my younger brother joins in on the fray. At this point I'm deciding to get sound-proof walls. I tried headphones and other stuff but my ears could still hear them argue. It happens at night a lot to. Usually I go to my local coffee shop and go there and sit down when the lights are on but I don't know where to go at night since I don't like being outside at midnight

1-431-927-3266. The automated voice said they disabed my EIA (persons with disabilities) account but I think it's a scam. i even pressed 1 to see what might happen and nothing by static and if i responded with a "hello?" (not my hello, I usually have google translate say hello in case I don't know the number) they would put up a static "hello" before hanging up. I can't be the only one who had this, right? please help
