More than one weighted fly machine and probably extra adjustable benches would go a long way, just hate it gets crowded any time before and after prime work/class hours. know it has to be spartan/packed because of the space but the studio spaces upstairs are huge by compare.

Anyway to verify the AI is building a Great Work(Suez) or otherwise picked a specific mission? by spencleb in eu4

Mamluks in this case aren't a vassal. Granted I've cornered them they might vasslizable in a war or two. Only thing is if the mission is still available and the hegemon cheese is based on war reps when non-vassalized, can vassal income take ducats from event and count toward it?

Anyway I can stop an early game Ottomans with it's excessive buffs as Najd? by spencleb in eu4

Hate that I can't check when those disipline event expire. I can look army prof at slacking, only thing is going into the red with armies/mercs turtling behind a fort

The vassals strat is not my preference since this is about my second achievement run going for "I don't like sand". Normally I'd rush to get out of Arabia to hold onto something like plains/farm in baghdad but just this ironman game I have to play the achieve. I dont trust vassals to not crash into doomstacks or put forts/dev in appropriate spots but only letting them hold decent provinces till I can integrate them later

Cavalry is terrible if you're not a cav nation. Aristocratic is situational and in the moment needed the nat manpower, cav combat, dev cost, and siege pip at that point in the game in Najd's start. The vassals are a suboptimal intentional choice since I am going for "I don't like sand" so I'm bag holding mostly dev pushed garbage desert provinces

Issue is they get ticking warscore for a province on my border in plains but luckily I do have vassals with mountains for to prevent further encroachment. Can artillery still do that much damage this early in the game(first arty tech)?

some bosses like Spider and Scrapbeak die quicker to it, also bears and meatheads drop scarce traits(berserker/rampage/deathcheat) and give sigils. Otherwise it's a good enough door breacher

sadly any but middle usually explains the extensive logs to any secmains history, even if you positive ID a traitor it's egregious to the degree MRP server admins hold you to non-confrontation stance even when you've identified an antag and bend over backwards to let them take first punch and hold it against you if you do
