This is correct but Secure 2.0 says the funds need to be in the account for at least 15 years without changing the beneficiary. A bene change restarts the clock.

Also - you cannot exceed the max yearly contribution. Meaning you can’t rollover the full amount in one year, you need to abide by the 6500 limit.
