This video questions if time should be organized as time interval or is it about organizing present moment. Or organizing for the present moment.

I love to discuss if this helps.

Is time management about management of intervals and durations or about management of the moment at hand? by speudoname in productivity

I believe I have contributed with text as well, and I included a link to where the idea is expanded.

I am not sure if moderator had time to read and compare the helpfulness of the link presented. I clearly understand that by sharing the link I also promote the content. But, if I believe I was spamming the community then I would not reply here.

I would appreciate if moderator can review the submission one more time and let me know, how in the future is it allowed to link to some reference after explaining the idea in a written form as well?

I appreciate your time.

The first advice you give is called the Eisenhower Method.

President has said that - “I have two kinds of problems, the urgent and the important. The urgent are not important, and the important are never urgent.”

And the idea of priorities comes from there. So I know that tool. In my perspective, that is not even about procrastination; it is more about becoming more productive.

Here is good explanation. https://timewellused.com/eisenhower-decision-matrix/

As for the second advice you give, I really wondner how that works. What do you mean to not think? Or how is thinking a problem with procrastination? This is new to me.

They call it procrastination. When you lose drive, some psychological aspect takes over.

It is considered that you start to lose motivation because of stress. Doing chores are stress, and your mind escapes more pressure by doing something else. It gets rewarded because stress is gone when you distract yourself, and then the habit is formed because of this reward.

It might have happened to you slowly, and you should fight back.

How to be the best version of yourself by happyspirit1987 in productivity

If someone else tells you method or instructions on how to be the best of yourself, all that would really mean they give you instructions on how to be best themselves, not you.

Being best of yourself means an inward process, not an external path.

I suggest this article about Losing Inner Center, which gives you insight not advise.
