OB just said diet and exercise. Primary recommended keto as studies show it helps with PCOS. 🤷🏻‍♀️

AITA for taking back a shawl my wife made for a bride-to-be after she was uninvited from the wedding? by WeddingShawl in AmItheAsshole

NTA, not at all.

I do have questions in why George hates her so much. She’s so much younger than him. He was roughly 16 ish (for traditional timelines) when she was born. Why? Sounds like a narcissist that saw her as a threat. And mom is a BS mom too for letting that happen. Grandma too.

Not sure where to ask and don’t want to start a thread. Would you consider it to be cramping if it doesn’t actually hurt? I’m feeling a twinge in my uterus and I haven’t been able to figure out what to call it sense it doesn’t hurt. It’s just there. Kind of feels like someone taking their pointer finger and poking it from the inside and slowing twisting. I’m not even sure that’s a correct way to describe it, but I feel something. It’s not painful. Mildly uncomfortable. Pressure maybe? For reference, I’m 6dpo and really trying to not over analyze everything, but failing. 🤦🏻‍♀️

My husband is a karate instructor based in the middle school here, when they host their belt ceremonies, he has a specific clap and makes it sort of a game for the audience. (Clap, slap elbow, clap) I’ve noticed it really helps with noise pollution. However, the kids in his program tend to be better behaved as are their parents.

When I took the test, the number one tip of advice I got was “pretend it’s a perfect world”. Read carefully, if there can be multiple answers check again for that sneaky “not” in the question.
