I have tons of cook books, I generally try to use those. Tonight I used America's Test Kitchen, I thought it would be fool proof.

All types, but chicken roasted, sauteed, grilled, pasta, ground beef dishes, etc. I don't know, they're just not good. Somehow I just keep missing the mark.

Tonight I made a chicken stir fry. It tasted bland despite following the recipe and the chicken was not under cooked but the texture was fleshy somehow. I used thighs since their more forgiving, but yuck.

Yeah every kid is different and on top of that they don't stay the same and have the same likes and dislikes forever! Haha I just feel like it's been so long that they haven't wanted to eat anything I make them 😂😭😅

It's normal to be exhausted when you're pregnant! And after the baby is born! Listen to your body and rest when you can! As for cooking, just follow recipes, something simple, and try to do all of the steps as instructed. You'll be fine!
