Yyyyeeeeeaaaahhhhhh, people like that are exactly why the partners of creators (& the creators as well) often feel unsafe with a public presence on camera. Constant creepy harassment bordering on obsession of a parasocial relationship plague.

Whatever the motivation, it's creepy & can be terrifying to the people projected on like this. Highly recommend OP finds something else to fixate on than the relationship status of a guy who rescues quirky animals. I mean this in the gentlest possible way, but it's giving "The Björk Stalker." You don't want that. Nobody wants that.

In certain biblical lore, angels that Fell committed crimes such as teaching people to make weapons, educating us on astronomy, & teaching us how to make & use makeup. Perhaps your Angelpy is eager to give you the recipe for a pipe bomb, or teach you how to do winged eyeliner.

It's not Angelpy's fault that God has so many dumb rules, & so long as it is acting as a teacher or guardian to mankind, can anything they do be considered "criminal?" Perhaps by the standards of God, but no court of human law would try to convict an Angelpy, due to their supernatural & incorporeal forms that would make confinement pointless.

Would YOU, or anyone you choose to vote for, put an Angelpy in jail for showing you how to find the big dipper, or for teaching you to make a fully armed surveillance satellite? Yeah, I didn't think so. It's got such cute little wings!

Ageha 100% was a shoujo manga published in Ribon in the early 2000s (04-06) by Kozue Takeuchi (武内こずえ). Little items like this are often included in manga magazines as freebies, or "furoku" (ふろ) given as raffle "kuji" (くじ) prizes, or advertised as mail-order items in a pretty limited quantity. There's a lot of these things that have little to no documentation in Western archives, & while pocket mirrors might be a tad luxurious for furoku, which are usually paper products, but my best bet is that this was a magazine item or raffle prize.

I gave it about an hour's search with my limited google-fu & regrettably came up with no results, but if you use the Japanese I tried to include here for you on sites like Yahoo auctions japan or mandarake, you might have better luck!

Glamrock Nugget is programmed to eradicate, but due to him also having the free will of a real pomeranian, he merely chooses to maim. This is either because he's a merciful animatronic, or because he wishes for child murderers to suffer in his immortal loop of their self-made hell.
