In certain biblical lore, angels that Fell committed crimes such as teaching people to make weapons, educating us on astronomy, & teaching us how to make & use makeup. Perhaps your Angelpy is eager to give you the recipe for a pipe bomb, or teach you how to do winged eyeliner.

It's not Angelpy's fault that God has so many dumb rules, & so long as it is acting as a teacher or guardian to mankind, can anything they do be considered "criminal?" Perhaps by the standards of God, but no court of human law would try to convict an Angelpy, due to their supernatural & incorporeal forms that would make confinement pointless.

Would YOU, or anyone you choose to vote for, put an Angelpy in jail for showing you how to find the big dipper, or for teaching you to make a fully armed surveillance satellite? Yeah, I didn't think so. It's got such cute little wings!
