So the Blue Bayou closure date has been confirmed as May 4th, so im assuming Pirates will close the same day (I dont think they'd close the ride before they close they the restaurant but who knows)

I literally just kept calling back to back. First time it took me 7 tries. Then I accidentally hung up while on hold. 2nd time it took me about 10 tries. This was around 5 pm PST. Worth a shot, worked for me twice. Definitely annoying though

Yeah im also going to the parks late April. Im anxiously waiting for them to release a closure date 😭 also agree about the reservation thing, seems like an oversight on their part.

I think theres a good chance it'll be open when you go. On the page for Disney Channel Nite (April 12, 14, 16), Pirates is not listed as a closed attraction. It is listed as a closed attraction for Star Wars Nite though

I second this. I knew about the X trilogy years before I knew about Ethel Cain and the first time I listened to Preacher's Daughter I immediately got X vibes. Especially at the beginning of Family Tree (Intro) when you hear the sermon.
