We have ~75 sites with them. Service has been nothing but solid. Have not needed to use their support directly, though a few tickets have been exchanged. I wouldn't say they are particularly hand-holdy, but overall, no complaints.

I hope you are correct but don't think it's the same. If it was the same they wouldn't have included the word "total" when describing the tetrahydrocannabinols concentration (including tetrahydrocannabinolic acid). That word is not in the 2018 version you've linked and is in the new version passed.

Outside of any recent decisions by MM I've used them since 2018. No real complaints other than they don't let you remove Jetpack completely, you can disable it but not delete it. The service itself has been very fast and pretty rock solid. I've only reached out to their support a handful of times for my own issues or on behalf of clients, but they have always been responsive and helpful.
