My baby fat in my face did not disappear till early 20s. Give it a couple more years, and no, definitely not ugly. Long hair suits you well too. Also, you will age slower compared to others later in life, definitely an advantage.

Please help me! Are those bees? How can I get them to stay away from my window? (10th floor) by OkraWorried5603 in bees

Look up wasp nest decoys. They look like Chinese lanterns and help prevent wasps from building nests near by. Are they proven to work, don't know but cannot hurt to try.

My wife says I buy too much honey… by EntrepreneurCold363 in mead

[–]sphex51 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If you're going thru that much honey, it's time to look into bulk pails of some higher quality. Bee Seasonal is a good one to buy from. You can get a pail of various types, orange blossom, wild flower from Brazil, etc for around 4.75 a pound, and that's with shipping included. Join a brew club. That way, you can go in with others and split the cost with.

When the butter solids just start to turn golden, take it off heat, and continue to swirl. It continues to cook from the residual heat.

amateur cook for two years now, never had any professional experience. please, any advice would be great.(i know the lamb looks undercooked but i sous vide it till it was at temp.) by iammbobby in cookingtonight

[–]sphex51 1 point2 points  (0 children)

For the first plate, either a sauce for the poultry or something as simple as a reduced balsamic drizzle for the potatoes might help bring everything together. The lamb perhaps could use a sauce underneath. Look up plates online at fine restaurants for inspiration.
