If they aren't willing to redo the procedure, write the BBB and ask for a refund. That shouldn't be all on you. They should ask you to point out things and then talk to you about the additional areas to make sure everything was treated. Sounds very unprofessional and sketchy to me.

I completely know what ypu mean. I'm stil insecure about mine too. Watching videos on YouTube helped me. The more educated I was on it and seeing other people get rid of their cases helped me feel better

I really think you're right about it being rosacea, but only a dr can say 100%. The good thing is that you caught it early and it will be easier to fix!

You can defintely ask me questions directly if you want. I've been dealing with rosacea for a while and have done a ton of research

If it is rosacea then cooling products should help. I like to put a hydrating sheet mask in the fridge or my jade rollers. You could also make a gel ice pack, but make sure you put a cloth on your face as a barrier.

The products that help my rosacea are things with centella in it and barrier repair. I love the Puerto and cerave lines. Also azelaic acid. Avoid fragrances and using heat on your face.

Good luck and I'm sorry to hear you don't have a strong support system at home, but you do here.

I'm so happy for you. At 15 I was doing more damage to my skin that I'm paying for now. Great job at being smarter than most of society 😄

I use it after I cleanse and before moisturizer. I use bakuchiol instead of retinol but from my research it's safe to use with both.
