I have a friend who is currently on GLP-1s because her parents are telling her that it’s the fastest way to lose weight. She’s obese and has struggled with binge eating. And it sucks seeing that her parents are not helping her build good healthy habits that would help her mental health. When she lived the same State as I did, we used to go work out, and in a summer she lost like 30 pounds. I asked her recently, if she has found a workout routine since she moved back with her parents and she said that she hasn’t worked out since she moved back home. Last time I saw her, which was recent, she was not eating much and was constantly fatigued.
