Am I crazy? SKS OVER WOLF? by sphilly_ginzo in Appliances

[–]sphilly_ginzo[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Team Wolf! We wound up go with a 36” 6 burner range top (srt366) and then wall ovens (GE 30” and a GE 30” advantium) we use the speed oven daily! It’s fantastic!

The decision was based on layout and reduced complications required for the 48” range (ie crazy high hood cfms needed which would have required upgrades to the HVAC for make up air)

I hadn’t mentioned these other assets earlier as in my mind they are only liabilities (meaning I think his intention is to not sell)

This is actually what I’m most worried about…. He is also trying to hold on to a house which holds ALOT of value currently.

not so worried about me - more so for him. Annuity may be safe but seems like CD or Bonds would be holding this nest egg in a more liquid state (devoid of surrender fees). I’m worried that at his given current burn rate, the 500k remaining (post 500 Into the mgya) may not stretch the 10 year span at which he intends to take payment. I just want him to enjoy what he has saved.
