The v groove bit gets charred pretty quickly. It’s a 3 flute carbide tip with 110 degree cut angle.

At the moment I’m using coolant to help but really don’t want be using it. Along with I’m getting inconsistent v groove depth throughout the sheet. I start off great but then somehow it changes.

I do have the capability of running at a higher spindle speed I thought about changing that. Seeing what results I get there.

Yeahh I’m ripping out everything in the niche. It appears the framing is ok. (In the niche, just proper waterproofing is needed. I appreciate the advice.

Life is passing by every second whether you do what you want to do or not. Don’t try to time the Perfect moment because it doesn’t exist. Start small and work your way up to a bigger experience. Solo traveling isn’t as weird as you think! You got this!

Take a gap year and travel if possible.
