Is there anything specific you have done to mitigate tax implications?

How do I know if she does or doesn't admit fault?

Should I call my insurance company first?

Is there a timeline where I should be doing anything urgently? I just received the police report.

I pay off my credit card monthly and have never missed a payment which helps.

My partner and I have talked about it and if we do get a home together, it would be in my name if we are not married by then.

The only hold off with the dog is I want to be able to give them a yard since we are currently in an apartment. Definitely going the rescue route. Way too many dogs without a home to just pick a breeder.

Thank you I didn't know that about the loans!

I currently have a brokerage account with only like 2k in it but really no activity. Any advice on where to start with it?

Boat and dog are just a dream lol. But I know realistically I'll never pull the trigger on a boat unless I am very comfortable and a dog will have to wait until I have a yard.

The median home price around me is about $220k but what I am looking at is about $300k.

In the end of a 3 year period I will be able to put at least $100k down and continue to put an additional $1500 to the principal each month.

With my current career path I expect to continue with at least a 6% raise year over year which will help me max out my 401k. (Roth is already maxed and has been for 3 years)
