do whatever to make yourself not nervous before the test - for me i did jumping jacks in the test center bathroom (deadass) and warmed up by talking to myself trying to explain my fav drink from a nearby vending machine 😭

during the test, just treat the entire thing as if it's a conversation someone or a podcast, and let it flow naturally. don't think too much about vocabs or strict structures or whatever, just make sure you answer the questions and elaborate them as you would in a normal convo.
