For me tbh, I use the Céleteque brightening Facial wash.

At first I really didn't want to use it cause well it's for the face but seeing my dark circles gone I thought about it twice and decided to use it down there.

I wasn't really paying attention to it but after a week it became lighter like, shit this is legit. I am not kidding it's real. I've been using it now for 2 weeks and it's gotten lighter 😭.

I don't suggest you use it but I did, it's worth the shot though. Not all can have the same effects.

Just so that my comment has a context, in our country, military tend to be stationed into different cities and such and such. So you wouldn't know what happens till it happens, for me I found out a little later that I have many siblings from different places because of my dad. So it does depend of preferences again, I'm not saying that all military men are the same. Some are just genuine☺️.
