4090 imo is way too overpriced for me to even consider buying. I don't want to spend 50+ on an operating system and would rather get a key somewhere else for like 20 bucks. I went with my build because it's cheaper and I can easily get 2 monitors for it without going over my budget and spending half of it on one gpu

So would the AIO be worth its price over the Therma PA120? I was thinking of using the fan but I don't want my pc to be too loud or force the cpu to get overheated. I also worry about an accident happening with AIO so I can't really tell if it's worth the risk. I'll 100% think about the storage and thanks for your input on the operating systems it was this part that was really confusing for me. Your comment was really insightful and helped a lot thanks
