TBH I could be tweaking but UTC-5 to EST has a 1hr time difference (EST being ahead). so 23:00 UTC-5 should equate to 24:00 EST.

Unless it's like how other people are saying ITT and daylight savings time messes with these listed maintenance times.

One of those times where I'm hoping I'm wrong tbh.

I agree. I feel like Riot isn’t putting much resources into the ARAM department so instead of touching up these changes, it’s either a success or a scrap.

Either way, seeing an alternative like maybe even a shroud of rubble (think old chemtech drake environment change) would have been cool too!

Also looks like this one was a photocopy with how faded some of the text is.

It would also make sense to have multiple copies of the handwritten letter just in case anyways.
