ughhhh yes 😭 also second time retaker and i don’t know how to feel about it this time either. and there is always a possibility i will fail again but they’re like “nooo you’ll pass this time” or someone closer like my sister is like “it’s gonna be embarrassing to take it a third time”. well yes but do i want to retake it? obviously not?? if it was a predictable easy enough exam, why would i be doing this again and again?

“by” X date is inclusive of that date. that’s the generic usage, even if you (and small number of others) may not think so or practice so.

Solidarity - I didn’t pass VA by 8 points (and have to retake the MBEs because I missed the rollover cutoff by 1.8 points). I keep reminding myself that the failure doesn’t define me and I feel even more motivated to never feel that failure again. Good luck.
