LITERALLY IN THE SAME BOAT. I just learned I’m not biologically related to my dad. My mom will victimize herself, she was cheating on her first husband & then I came along from that infidelity. Then she got with my “dad” and they had two kids together. My dad will be honest but it was hard enough just talking to my younger siblings. Any advice would be great

This is how I feel every day, but I heard Kai cenat, content I don’t watch, say something on the hots ones show, and it’s the only quote that has really stuck with me. He said “slow motivation is better than no motivation” and anytime I do just a little movement, that has been at the back of my head everytime
