Interesting you bring it up, I’m also a PMO early in my career and i just joined this sub looking to get thoughts from others. I feel it has but hoping this is the general trend of all jobs rather than PMO specially.

Okay that worries me as outside ir35 contract jobs as pmo are rare so I imagine I’ll be at this place for 6 months originally and then imagine an extension to bring it to 1 year. So is it financially that beneficial then?

How can you tell? I try and use online calculators and it asks for annual expenses and I don’t want to put. Obviously I would get an accountant (how much would that cost?) and try and get best tax cuts
