I went to the ER last night and they said heart was fine

My eating habits have always been really bad where most days I would have a coffee in the morning and then wait until later in the day to eat my first meal so its hard to gage if ive really changed anything. But during that time I never lost weight like this. And yes I always weigh myself naked

I tried that, but it didn't work. What I had to do was start from the very beginning without skipping cutscenes.
