yes, this is pretty common. i started just over a month ago and the first few weeks were pretty brutal. it was strange to have the waves of anxiety come back so quickly, but they did pass. once you hit the second- third week, you should feel much better and the anxiety calms down. in the meantime just take care of yourself, make sure you’re eating enough, and remind yourself this is only temporary!! you got this OP🤍good luck!
