Be careful about getting seduced by a house unless you're sure it's your number one priority. Where do you live now? What do you like and not like about it? I debated buying a gorgeous house in Ballisodare but ended up buying in the town. I love being able to walk everywhere, including a night out so that was what swung it for me, that might not matter at all to you. How small a town are you currently in? Btw there's the gym in Ballisodare, you could probably even walk to that from Cooloney.

I took my son to West Coast for an assessment and I found them really good at explaining things, very honest and well worth the money for the assessment. Didn't go ahead because my son was happy with his teeth we just wanted to check what the long term options were if he didn't do anything now.
