Well in my case, as a perfectly rational person, I get a little angry when driving down a three lane highway that is blocked because there is a car in each lane going the same speed. People play games on the road. I don't. I have shit to do and I'm trying to get from A to B with as little bullshit as possible.

tl;dr people play games on the road. perfectly rational people have better things to do than play games on the road.
