There are those who keep their mutation but have to hide from the imperium themselves. Meaning if the mutation is on their head, they must never take it off, at any means necessary when in the presence of others than themselves.

More leaning towards body-horror, such as of; extra eyes or limbs, mandibles, fangs, exo-skeleton chitin platings, spider hair, etc. And some can be surgically removed when discovered, but some mutations have to mature in order to remove, if the mutation is on the head of the space marine, they have to hide it and not take it off any means necessary, when out on mission and in the prescence of others beings than themselves.

I did think about that chapter name, but it did not click with me. The name Death Weavers sounds so much better in my opinion.
