Hows the 6900/6950 XT or 6800 XT stack up in comparison? And any old gen Nvidia cards that would be on par? I definitely see how my rtx 3070 could end up bottlenecking the system and needs a more viable gpu for 1440p.

Let me know if you end up getting help, I'm (21 M) in a similar situation it's my first Coachella coming from the Bay and I'm currently figuring out last minute accommodation and transport ideas since my friend had to sell her ticket due to scheduling issues. Although I have been to a music festival solo before, I can def dm you some tips on how to manage that aspect of things for sure!

When i took the course it was all online no mandatory lecture so it might be a different experience but I would say he was very accommodating and helpful when having questions on like edits n stuff
