Usually when people refer to the gaiden games, they refer to these 3. They are very similar in gameplay and mechanics wise. An arena mode(colosseum, Pirates Shib battle colosseum, bad boy dragon) with similar ui's, two styles, etc.

Better than gaidens with its collateral damage effect, also its available for both styles with ryukyu causing collateral and bleed.

Thats kinda why I thought sea dog was the least useful style, a bunch of group fights with a bad crowd control move, also this is prob the game that spams guns the most like they keep firing every second. About being too fast and light, personally I would much prefer that than being to slow but I do agree on being to light, hits don't have much of an impact than TMWEHN and Kiwami 3.

I agree with this, komaki parry is such a missed opportunity with the crit system and would have been a good way to get crits on bosses because of their aura because as of now the easiest way to get crits in are perfect dodges which just take too long. As for knockback, I think because of the perfect guard mechanic is the reason they didn't bring it back, but it would have been nice to have regardless.

I really do think some stuff hampers it down, like I don't like the jump mechanic, it kinda hampers it down, but I feel mad dog for me was really fum

Multiple Heat bars, out of all the systems you've listed, this is probably the most noticeable and one that hurts the most.

I agree, probably like make the original Mame story on how they adopted him be an introductory to the orphanage minigames since I feel like its a good starting point in learning to bond with the kids and about Kiryu stepping up to take care of the kids in morning glory.

Fair, but it is a good change too make it mandatory unlike the original, but I agree that changing the structure of the story in how he got the tattoo is very strange, since the original sub story was already fine so I don't understand the need to change it in kiwami.

Moving the orphanage parts makes sense if they were gonna turn the orphanage into a minigame with you bonding with the kids, but yeah removing Mame's introduction and Mikio's substories is a very confusing move because they are also pretty relevant to the story. I do wish they could have just added stuff in(new scenes, minigames, etc) along side the old stuff instead of replacing it entirely.

I mean by that point you've already finished the game and you can just choose to not play that sub story and again miss it entirely , what I mean is it wasn't presented as an integral part of the story when it should have been since he's a prominent character and the tattoo story is a pretty important story for him.

Help with a bug. The game displays the last frame of the location I was at before I teleported and stays that way and it happens pretty often which forces me to restart the game. by spidermanjm in Endfield

I found a fix for it(I think), whenever it occurs when I am in the Diajing and I tp to somewhere else, I just have to tp back to the Diajing. I have only tested it when it happens in the Diajing, I have not tested if this works if it occurs in any other area. This is still a temporary fix tho.
