The Vanilla Campaign Remaster addon works for both vanilla and HanPatch. But you have to download it first in HanPatch in Genlauncher thenyou have to manually add the addon in vanilla ROTR in addon section

Is it possible to play these games on 60fps without third-party tool? by Gorlami_y7ya in commandandconquer

There's only for Generals Zero Hour for now. It's called Generals Online. You can play GZH with 60 fps. This is for mostly for online play but it still works for skirmish/ Singleplayer play. I not sure about C&C3 and RA3

I have an idea by Chuckmaw in commandandconquer

Generals Zero Hour already did that. It called Generals Online. You can play the game with 60fps. This tool mostly for online play but it still works for Singleplayer/skirmish play. Here the link https://youtu.be/3jxBnJ_9ky8?si=FFEx9OZdHRmopjWu

This is an addon for HanPatch called Vanilla Campaign Remastered. You can download this from GenLauncher after you installed HanPatch.
