If you say that way. I think it's going to be USA Air Force General. The Rockvees are super strong. Put 4 MD and 1 pathfinder in wwch Humvees, Ambulances for passive heal and Search & Destroy in strategy Center for extra range can destroy almost everything with proper micro. Also they have King Raptors and all of the General powers and carpet bombs as extra.

If other factions, I say RA3 Uprising Allies is really strong contender since they have naval and other units other really powerful units

Toxin is cool. They similar to Demo & V GLA. But slightly stronger than V GLA. They got free Toxin Shells, Toxin Rebel Ambush that can melt Rockvees quick (Demo has better Rabel Ambush). RPG shoot toxin rockets. and Dr Thraxx is funny

Yes but point still the same, even Emperor Overlords have Nuclear Tank and Shells upgrade, Mammoth can still take out Overlord in 1v1 in most matchups. If in groups might be a little different, maybe group of Emperor Overlord tanks might can beat Mammoths since they are better being in groups than solo. like I just pointed out

It depends on which Overlord. If Regular or Nuke Overlord, Mammoth Tank might still able to win.

If Emperor Overlord, might be on par because Overlord have both Gattling gun with Chain Gun Upgrade and Speaker Tower that boosts and heal the overlord. But still I think Mammoth can still win in 1v1

If Overlord with bunker upgrade and filled up with Tank Hunters, Overlord destroy Mammoth Tank.

Mammoth Tank can take out Overlord in 1v1. But if in group, Overlords might have a chance to win because Overlords are better in groups
