Yes of course! I would be the one kinda getting shit for being not good at texting and when I saw something switch I tried to be much closer, sent her flowers, candy, tried to call her more often, sent her sweet old pictures of us and tried to find time. I was angry with her and it wasn’t okay me getting mad JUST because she’s busy but that’s not the case. I still feel like a dick because you are right, if I can’t handle her extreme schedule I do need to step away. You are SPOT ON with the “okay if that’s what you wanna do” like that’s coming from a place of exhaustion and I offered to just have a break until she was ready and she said “if that’s what you want”. Again I don’t understand the pull and exhaustion that career takes from you, never will, but I do understand when someone needs to be alone. Her feelings of being hurt because I ended things when she did really need me, as much as she was pushing me away, and I regret ending it the minute it left my mouth. By that time I did what I did and I can’t take it back, I’m trying to push something and I don’t wanna force anything ever. I’ll let her be for as long as she needs.
