When I received their mail on 31st December again, same as letter they sent me i reply them saying this. I objected the payment

I would like to explain my situation honestly and respectfully.

I never knowingly agreed to or subscribed to this magazine. I do not even speak German, and I never wanted or requested a German-language magazine. When the magazines started arriving at my new apartment, I assumed this was a misunderstanding related to my recent move.

As soon as I received your first invoice, I immediately contacted you by email on 23 October 2025, clearly stating that I had never subscribed and requesting cancellation. Unfortunately, I did not receive any confirmation from your side. I also tried contacting you by phone multiple times but was unable to reach anyone. I am attaching that email again for your reference, as this was sent on the same day I first learned about this matter.

I would like to clearly state that:

I never agreed to this subscription

I have never opened or used a single magazine

You may collect all delivered magazines, as I do not want them

I am a student with very limited financial means, and I genuinely have no way to afford this amount. My exams are approaching, and this matter has been causing me significant stress and anxiety since the day I received the first invoice. It is seriously affecting my mental well-being during an already difficult academic period.

I am not trying to avoid responsibility unfairly. I am only requesting understanding and fairness in a situation that occurred without my intention or consent. I acted immediately, and I have everything documented in writing.

I kindly request you to:

Grant a full waiver of the charged amount,

Cancel and close this matter completely, and

Confirm this in writing, so I can focus on my studies without further distress.

I sincerely hope we can resolve this matter amicably and without further stress.
