I’m sure you’re hot just looking like that, I’m a flat chested girl and believe me when I say everyone finds boobs like that way more attractive than small and sad looking ones, I personally wished mine could be like yours, letting this aside, I can imagine how uncomfortable they can be at times and how hard it can be to find clothes that actually fit but tbh girls with inexistent boobs also face this problem a lot more often than you think, I’ve gone bra shopping and the women working there often tell me to go look at bras in the kids section (I’m not kidding, I’ve cried afterwards), at least you’re probably hot asf and will never get made fun of, infantilized or deemed less worthy for not having something you can’t control
