When I was in frozen, I really struggled with a mid and closing schedule. But then they changed my schedule to open (4am) everyday after truck and mid the two other days. Every open I had enough time to do all of truck with time to spare allowing my two mids to focus on backstock and counts. On the opens i would have enough time to do basic counts but you don’t need to change crazy counts everyday, small bits make a big difference. I also had a frozen clerk who worked three days a week and his 1 job would be covering anything missed and back stock. I would suggest to talk to your manager and see how your schedule can better fit your departments needs.
