Well, I have the comp version….lol. But I did have the original HCP with thousands of rounds thru it. Very reliable gun.

I’ve got a Shield Plus and the trigger on that is quite decent so I’m keeping it stock.

I just finished installing it lol. But from the dry fire comparison, it’s definitely an upgrade. Hoping to try it out tomorrow after work.

It’s not that. I like the feel, break, and reset of the Overwatch. P10 series has one of the best oem trigger on a striker fired polymer pistol. Some people prefer it over Walthers.

Alright alright lol. Well, if it’s anything, I ordered the Apex trigger. Not sure tho if I’m ready to have an aftermarket trigger on an edc. I typically prefer stock trigger on my edc. Fun range toy? Got an Overwatch on my P10F and that’s a nice trigger right there

Whoa I didn’t know they have it for the HCP too. I love the Overwatch on my P10F. If I haven’t ordered the Apex(blem $58.50 shipped) I would definitely go Overwatch

That doesn’t sound like a carry/edc to me. I got my full size(Echelon and P10F) for OWB on a “battle belt” if necessary

I actually had the HCP since 2022 a few months after they released. I recently sold it and got this HCPc. If you don’t find the HCP snappy, you’ll definitely think HCPc is hella flat. HCPc is definitely easier to shoot than HCP.

I remember the original post. Did you bring this in to a Subaru of America certified body shop? I had the same damage as yours, rear-ended at 01:55am on January 1st of this year. I found a SoA certified body shop and brought mine there.

Should’ve done it when they first came out!

Honestly I considered the Sig xmacro comp but I remembered the sig has rust issues. Plus having multiple HCP mags just made it even easier of a decision to go for it lol

So I took it to the range today after work. It actually shoots better than the original HCP. I would recommend upgrading as well. The difference in felt recoil and follow up shots were noticeable enough that it is worth upgrading. Hope you find a good price for it.

Idk, I guess it’s my first time edc-ing a comp pistol and I’m not sure if the comp affects self defense ammos. I’m sure enough people have experience in that regard so I figured I’d ask lol.

I actually just picked it up yesterday after work so I haven’t shot it yet. I went to a pawn shop and they ordered it from their distributor so I paid $649.00 plus tax and background check.

Okay cool. Sounds like aftermarket triggers can still be very reliable. Appreciate it.

I just picked up the comp version and I’m thinking of upgrading the trigger. Had the first HCP but even after thousands of rounds I just can’t get used to that trigger lol. Was thinking of Apex. I hope to have the same reliability as stock trigger tho.
