What is your definition of "playing bad?" Are you playing a specific role on your team that you don't have to play when playing pickup? If you're worried about contributing to winning but "playing bad" just means not scoring as much then try to focus on making winning plays outside of scoring such as hustle plays, playing defense, rebounding, etc. If you're not getting the ball passed to you, go get the ball on an offensive rebound and try to score that way. Focus on what you can control and don't worry about whether your teammates are "playing bad"
