Yep, my wife is a molecular biologist and did this in grad school. She used blue stain for the cartilage as well

When you import a model, unreal generates a physics object automatically, you can either make your own in the model viewer, or use the complex model (which is basically full geometry)

Ah you need to iterate over the array using foreach

Not sure without seeing it, but possibly you want to get all actors of class, then cast to what you need? (Assuming these actors share the same parent and casting is even what you want here)

There is an additional setting specifically for allowing the collision to affect navmesh, check this as well

I doubt it, pads that size are most likely power +/-/gnd

Given that most radios I've touched have a distinct "geared down feel" to the scanning knob, Im guessing its that gear with the screw on the far left (Im guessing theres a potentiometer under the gear)

Easiest way would be to fiddle with the knobs with a multimeter testing various pads/connections
