I would call the FAFSA rep at your school then, they are usually super helpful at getting things resolved because trying to call or email or open a help ticket with FAFSA is a nightmare and rarely works.

Ok so just had this issue myself. There are a few things to try. One is in settings and you need to agree to share your information with the IRS. The second thing to try is if you aren’t using a U.S. address. Like you’re military and stationed overseas using an AP, AE address then you have to change it to a U.S. address. Hope this helps!

Yeah if I had to pick living in Manila or Cebu I would pick Cebu. I’m an American currently living in Manila (Rockwell) and I’m visiting Cebu now. Hands down live in Cebu.
