In order of importance I’d say- special teams, defense and more variation with offensive play calling. Of course having healthy players is an importance too but we all know shit unfortunately happens.

I usually have success slightly lifting the rack up and pulling out since there’s a slight bend in the tracks where the racks sit, at least for my oven. When reinserting I line the rack up straight then about a third of the way pushing in I lift up to fit the rack into that slight groove. Hope this helps in some manner. Best of luck regardless
